Are you passionate about safeguarding adults and making a real difference in your community? The Durham Safeguarding Adults Partnership (DSAP) is seeking a dedicated Partnership Review Officer to join its Business Unit and support the board in fulfilling its statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014 and the Safe Durham Partnership.
🔍 About the Role
As a Partnership Review Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs) and Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews. You’ll work closely with a wide range of agencies, partners, and stakeholders to ensure reviews are completed efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and administering review processes
Managing meeting arrangements, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Organising multi-agency events and supporting project tasks
Maintaining communication links between DSAP, the Safe Durham Partnership, and relevant statutory partners

We’re seeking someone who:
Has a strong understanding of safeguarding adults and domestic abuse issues
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Can prioritise and manage a varied workload
Is committed to promoting the voice of adults, carers, advocates, and practitioners
You’ll be supporting the DSAP Independent Chair, Panel Chairs, Authors, and the Business Unit team, contributing to meaningful change across the partnership.
🎓 Qualifications Required
NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or relevant subject
OR
BTEC Higher in Public Administration
OR
Substantial equivalent experience
