We are currently looking for Supervisor (m/f/d) who has expertise in the field of electrical engineering, especially with regard to high and low voltage systems as well as power supply systems including emergency power and backup systems. In addition, the holder of the position (m/f/d) is considered a concessionaire for the field of electrical engineering and is referred to as the responsible electrician (VEFK).

Your main tasks

· Coordination of repair and maintenance tasks with employees and contractors
· Planning, implementation or appropriate delegation of regular safety briefings and tool box talks
· Completion of all administrative tasks necessary for operation
· Hiring craftsmen and/or subcontractors to meet contractual and/or legal deadlines
· Compliance with operational guidelines, especially with regard to occupational safety “Zero Harm”
What you bring with you:

· Completed recognised training as an electrician in the field of building services and trade with a corresponding German qualification certificate or equivalent degree such as City and Guilds or NVQ
· Knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Professional competences:

· Expertise in electrical installation and repair in the household and commercial sector
· Ability to assess required work, perform comprehensive troubleshooting and find the right solution
Qualifications (mandatory):

Completed training (to be proven) with at least 3 years of professional experience as a qualified master electrician
Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular working hours to resolve urgent maintenance situations and/or support specialist companies
Ability to work independently as an electrician for industrial and residential requirements
Carrying out repair and maintenance work in living spaces
Completion of specific tasks within specified deadlines
Prompt communication with the line administration
Identification of required spare parts
E-Check according to DGUV A3, DIN VDE 0105 Part 100
Carrying out tests of portable electrical appliances in accordance with DIN VDE 0701-0702
Knowledge of Hazardous Substances (COSHH)
Ability to work safely at height and in confined spaces
German language skills at C1 level
Desirable:

Previous experience in a maintenance environment with high customer service expectations
Experience and training in high-voltage systems
Ability to gain multiple qualifications and perform various maintenance tasks at a high level
