Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Are You the One We’re Looking For?
Electricians with 18th Edition accreditation and CSCS accreditation
Minimum 2 years of electrical & plumbing experience, with proficiency in trade-specific tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, minor brickwork, and minor internal repairs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and organisational abilities
Clean, valid UK Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting monthly proactive visits to stores for joinery, electrical and plumbing repairs, maintenance, and cleaning
Liaising with store managers to ensure timely action on required works
Responding to emergency calls within agreed SLAs
Updating job portals and ensuring thorough audits are conducted
