We are looking to recruit high calibre individuals who are actively seeking a career in Business Change Consultancy. Ideally, candidates who match our family orientated ethos and have a Defence and Government background, combined with a Business Change skillset.

Role responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
  • Plan to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviours from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.
  • Define, deliver and mange communication, stakeholder, training engagement, adoption and resistance management plans.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to the change management strategy and methodology
  • Increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
  • Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives helping them to fulfil the critical role of change management sponsor.
  • Support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their teams through their transitions.
  • Support project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities with their project plans.

Skills

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
