What You’ll Be Doing
This is a high-profile and rewarding role, involving:

Supporting project managers in delivering complex projects and programmes.
Assisting in the development of business cases, plans, and processes aligned with Council objectives.
Promoting and embedding the Council’s corporate approach across services.
Driving improvements in internal and customer-facing services.
Leading small teams on non-complex projects or workstreams using best practice methodologies.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: APM Introductory Certificate (PFQ) and/or PRINCE2 Foundation level or equivalent.
Experience: Supporting project managers in planning, business case development, and people management—including motivation, performance, and conflict resolution.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.
