Senior Systems Development and Implementation Officer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer with the ability to solve and explain computer-related issues to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping information systems that support children’s social care and early help services.

What’s Involved?
As a Senior Systems Development and Implementation Officer, you will:

Develop, implement, and support information systems linked to children’s social care and early help services.
Identify requirements, create system specifications, and support implementation plans to ensure systems meet business needs.
Focus on implementing national children’s social care reforms, working alongside operational services and technical colleagues to ensure compliance with national guidance.

What Will I Need?
NVQ Level 3 in business administration, ICT, or an information-related subject (or equivalent in a relevant discipline).
Experience providing support to IT systems users.
Experience using large databases.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into system design.
