Full-Time – Bishops Stortford – min 3 days in office p/w

We are on the lookout for a talented and motivated Compliance Auditor to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle challenges, and work alongside a group of dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do.

Reporting to the Head of Safety and Compliance, the Compliance Auditor will be responsible for the delivery and completion of audit, and any additional oversight activities required to assure compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements and procedures across all company approvals and customer/provider locations and activities. The Compliance Auditor will also assist where necessary with investigation of any Safety Reports raised in conjunction with the fleet, or the customers it supports.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Perform and coordinate all aspects of oversight activity in a lead auditor capacity, including the preparation of audit scopes and checklists to ensure the required regulatory aspects are included, across all activities within the AOC and CAMO.
Complete audits for regulatory compliance with regards to any leasing activity, subcontracted Part CAMO tasks, and contracted Part 145 maintenance activities.
Work with all departments to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Analyse documentation, records, reports, and operational procedures to verify compliance.
Be pro-active in the development of the compliance monitoring system to promote a value-added service and to support the continuous improvement of the organisation.
Assist in accident and incident investigations, providing expertise in regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will have the following experiences and attributes:

Proven experience as an Aviation Compliance Auditor or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations and standards.
Demonstrable experience/knowledge of the activities associated with an ACMI Air Operator.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
