Guidant Global is partnering with a trusted Ministry of Defence collaborator to recruit a professional Occupational Health Advisor. The successful candidate will provide a forward-thinking, in-house service at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bristol.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OH services across the UK operation, including covering leave and necessary travel.
  • Undertake health screening, travel health, health surveillance, and case management.
  • Deliver presentations and reports at forums and meetings.
  • Support the Health & Wellbeing Strategy and Campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Safety team colleagues.

 

What do you need?:

  • NMC RN part 1, RN part 3 – SCPHN (OH) registered.
  • Experience in RGN Occupational Health, including pre-placement assessments, health surveillance, case management, lifestyle screening, and travel health.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in OH systems and tools.
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
