Guidant Global is seeking a skilled C++ Software Architect to join our team at MBDA’s Bristol facility. You will be part of a team developing next-generation Air Defence Systems, ensuring safety, performance, and dependability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Command and Control architectures for future products.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, maintaining momentum throughout the development process.
What do you need?:
- Extensive experience in software engineering and system-wide impact.
- Proficiency in C++ programming and software architecture models.
- Collaborative approach to development.
- Experience across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with new tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Ada and QT.
- Knowledge of Real-Time Multi-Threaded Applications.
- Understanding of industry standards like DefStan 00-55, DO-178C, or IEC61508, and adherence to MISRA C++.
