Senior Export Contract Manager

Our client, a leader in Missile and Defence and a trusted partner to the UK’s Ministry of Defence, is seeking an experienced Senior Export Contract Manager. Reporting to the Export Contract Management UK Executive, you will utilise your commercial, financial, and project management skills to lead and deliver complex export contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial interface with international government and military customers.
• Manage multiple cross-domain and geographically diverse contracts.
• Resolve contract delivery issues through risk and opportunity management.
• Lead customer acceptance events and manage transport delivery solutions.
• Capture contractual payments and handle communications with various stakeholders.
• Lead contract amendment negotiations.
• Support Sales & Business Development in acquiring new international business.
• Collaborate with national companies in France, Spain, and Italy to deliver Inter Company Trading export contracts.

• Experience in leading contract delivery through bid and execution phases.
• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in people management and leading stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally and embrace different cultures.
• Experience in preparing and authorising bid submissions.
• Experience in large complex organisations, preferably multi-national.
