Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing teams
A focus on service delivery, standards, and efficiency
Good understanding of Health & Safety (NEBOSH or similar is an advantage)

Excellent planning, communication, and reporting skills
Professionalism and confidence in dealing with clients
Security clearance or a willingness to obtain a licence (non-frontline)
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take on regional responsibility in a company that values structure, leadership and teamwork – all things you’ve mastered in service. Training and onboarding will be provided to help you adjust to the civilian environment while building on the experience you already have.
