Job Opportunity: Traffic Dispatcher – Lincoln
Salary: £26,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Dispatcher to join well know waste and recycling company based in Lincoln. The ideal candidate will have experience in SyteLine and excellent communication skills to efficiently manage shipping, receiving, and data entry tasks. We are looking for a well-organized individual with a personable disposition and a strong background in admin and call handling.

Key Duties:
Call handling – liaise with customers, internal call centres, and drivers.
Daily debrief of drivers, assisting with confirmation of work and addressing any issues.
Order processing and confirmation, plus running and clearing daily reports.
Perform administrative tasks and maintain housekeeping.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the local area.
Experience within the Transport/Waste Industry is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
Experience working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
A willingness to adapt and develop within the role and the business.
