Company X Consulting Limited (CXC Ltd) are looking to recruit a Delivery Manager. The role will be a hybrid position working with one of our government clients based in the South of England, with travel to London and in and around the M4 corridor. The candidate must be able to commit to up to 3 days a week on client site where required.
As a Delivery Manager your responsibilities will include;
· Conducting data analyses to assess and manage project progress
· Determine project delivery issues and help our clients to overcome them
· Support our clients to prioritise tasks to deliver products and services
· Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
· Coach and mentor the team and others to apply the most appropriate tools and techniques eg Lean, Agile.
We are looking for candidates with a keen interest in Delivery management, Project Management and Service Management with either Qualifications, Certifications or Experience in, or working towards the following;
· Prince 2 Foundation/ Practitioner
· Agile PM Foundation/ Practitioner
· Scrum
· ITIL
The role is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. The salary will be dependent on experience with starting salaries ranging from £45-55K PA with an extensive benefits package which includes full paid expenses, healthcare and an education allowance.
