FTG Merchandise Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the FTG Job Fairs online merchandise store operated by Forces Transition Group Limited and Force Four Creative Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By placing an order on this site, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ordering
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
2. Pricing
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges (if any) are added at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- You must provide valid payment details at the time of purchase.
- Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
4. Delivery
- Delivery charges are a fixed amount per item and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund items lost due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- If an item is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
5. Returns & Refunds
- You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping), provided the item is:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if applicable.
7. Product Images & Descriptions
- We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur.
- Colour representation may vary depending on screen settings.
8. Promotional Emails & Marketing
- You may opt in to receive updates and offers from us during checkout.
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email footer.
9. Privacy
- Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
