Contract: Full-time, permanent
About the Role
This is a newly created role, introduced to support the continued growth of IntentsGP and the increasing scale of our operations.
As Infrastructure & Maintenance Manager, you will take full ownership of the maintenance, upkeep, and operational readiness of our sites, assets, and temporary infrastructure. This is a predominantly hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, solving practical problems, and taking responsibility for “making things work”.
You will design and implement maintenance processes, create planned preventative maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and act as the technical lead across the business.
During the operational summer season, you will lead a small on-site maintenance team (typically 2–3 additional crew), supporting live event delivery, site setup, and breakdown. Outside of peak periods, the role focuses on planning, asset care, improvement works, and continuous improvement.
This role reports to the Operations Manager year-round and offers a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
