1. All fees are payable in advance
2. Cancellation allowed within 14 days of payment for a refund, less 20% administration fee, subject to being 20 working days before your exhibition date. All cancellations after 14 days will not be refunded.
3. We reserve the right to change the date/time of any exhibition. No refunds.
4. We are not liable if you cannot exhibit on your chosen date, for whatever reason.
5. By exhibiting, you are giving your consent to be filmed/photographed/promoted. Please advise at the time of booking if you do not want this.
6. By exhibiting, you agree to share your presentation for approval by the Organiser at least 2 weeks prior to exhibiting.
