What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supporting facilities teams across site
Ensuring service standards and compliance targets are met
Managing engineers, contractors and daily workloads
Building strong relationships with HMPPS stakeholders
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and security
Supporting environmental and zero-carbon initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Facilities or Estates Management experience
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of H&S and compliance
Good IT skills and experience managing priorities
Ability to work effectively with clients and contractors
IOSH and CAFM experience desirable
Facilities Management qualifications are advantageous
