Multi Trade Operative (Planned Bathroom Fitter) – £37,425 + van Eastleigh

Your new role
Planned Works team
We’re responsible for delivering improvement and cyclical works across the entire operational area. Utilising both in-house teams and approved sub-contractors, we carry out the major improvement works to our customers’ homes ranging from kitchen renewals and bathroom replacements right through to roof replacement and insulation. Our cyclical works include ensuring the safety of properties by undertaking periodic inspections of items such as passenger lifts and electrical installations. In addition, our team of Contract Surveyors also specify and implement a variety of special project works throughout the year delivering solutions for more complex issues.

Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Planned team as a multi-skilled operative with a high skill level as a Bathroom Fitter where you’ll be working around Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex and surrounding area
We’re looking for multi-skilled operative responsible for the delivery of bathroom & wet room installations, including plumbing/carpentry as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set. Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level • Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties • Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades. • Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales • Full Driving licence (clean) • Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
Working as a great team player, you’ll be carrying out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.
