We’re excited to be recruiting a Surveyor to join our busy frontline team. You’ll be based in Eastleigh and working across the South, covering areas from Alton to Bournemouth and everything in between.

You’ll ensure our customers’ wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do and they continue to receive a service second to none – it’s our priority that they’re supported throughout their tenancy and their homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard.

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you’ll take ownership of surveying our properties within Eastleigh, Southampton and surrounding areas.

You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to their tenancy.

You also have ​​​​​​:

• Experience in building maintenance or building surveying

• Relevant degree or HND/HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction

related qualification.

• Potentially a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (advantageous)

• Good understanding of the usual Microsoft Office software as well as an appreciation of

the opportunities presented by software designed specifically for maintenance

management.

• Full driving licence and access to own transport.
