Cyber & Information Assurance Consultant / Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant (222lw) – UK Remote – £65,000–£120,000 + benefits
We are recruiting at three levels for a rapidly growing Defence technology consultancy
Consultant – £65k–£80k
For early-to-mid-career cyber, information assurance, risk, security or systems professionals ready to take ownership of defined assurance activities and develop their customer-facing consultancy experience.
Senior Consultant – £80k–£90k
For experienced cyber/security professionals who can take greater ownership across cyber risk, information assurance, security governance and Secure-by-Design, engaging confidently with customers and technical teams.
Principal Consultant – £90k–£120k
For experienced cyber, security or information assurance professionals providing senior-level consultancy, assurance and risk leadership across complex Defence and National Security programmes.

Defence/Government digital transformation
Security controls, evidence and risk treatment
We’re interested in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, Security, Risk, Systems Engineering and Technical Consultancy professionals with experience in secure, regulated or complex environments.
Relevant experience includes Cyber Risk, Information Assurance, Security Governance, Security Architecture, GRC, Systems Engineering, Secure Information Systems, Operational Communications, Defence Digital Transformation and Security Assurance.
Knowledge of ISO 27001/27005, NCSC CAF, NIST CSF, Cyber Essentials, MOD Defence Standard 05-138 or Government Security Classifications is advantageous. CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent qualifications are welcome.
Service Leavers and Veterans are particularly encouraged to apply.
You don’t need to have held the exact civilian job title. Experience gained through military cyber; communications, information systems, engineering, operational planning, risk management, information assurance, security or complex operational environments can be highly transferable.
If you’re used to assessing risk, protecting information, working within security constraints and making sound decisions in demanding environments, we’d like to hear from you.
Work on nationally significant Defence and National Security programmes, develop your cyber and assurance expertise, engage with senior stakeholders and build a long-term career in a specialist technical consultancy.
Security: SC required, with ability to obtain DV
Travel: UK travel with occasional international opportunities
