We’re now recruiting Casual Event Crew for our busy event season starting May 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work at some of Europe’s most iconic motorsport events, including:

The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and hard-working individuals to join our crew, beginning with the Isle of Man TT. From build to breakdown, you’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, making every day different.

Your responsibilities will vary from erecting and kitting out our accommodation units, welcoming guests at reception and looking . You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay.

We’re seeking team players who communicate well, take initiative, and can confidently solve problems as they arise. A positive, helpful, and can-do attitude is essential and reflects our core values at IntentsGP.

This is a physically demanding role involving long days, heavy lifting, and extended periods of activity, particularly during setup and pack-down. You should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and happy to muck in with a sense of humour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Erecting, cleaning, and dressing tents to a high standard, following detailed instructions
  • Setting up tents with furniture, and assisting with marquee construction, lighting, and equipment
  • Working at reception, including greeting guests, check-ins, answering queries, operating the campsite shop, and escorting guests to accommodation
  • Cleaning and maintaining communal areas such as marquees, toilets, showers, staff areas, and refreshment stations, ensuring consumables are fully stocked
  • Packing down event equipment in an organised and coordinated manner, loading into designated storage containers, trailers, and vehicles

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • A passion for the outdoors (ideal for those who enjoy hiking, mountain biking, running or similar activities)
  • Customer-facing experience, ideally within hospitality or events
  • Experience working in large, diverse teams
  • Experience erecting tents (e.g. Scouts, Duke of Edinburgh backgrounds will thrive here)
  • Category B driving licence (maximum of 3 points)
  • Category C+E driving license (maximum of 3 points)

Essential Requirements

  • Availability from 15 May 2026, with flexibility to be away for up to 4 weeks
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Good physical fitness – able to stand and walk for long periods and frequently lift approximately 20kg
  • Legal right to work in the UK (documentation required).
  • Must be over the UK school-leaving age
  • Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and night shifts
