No experience required
You do not need any plumbing or heating background. Full technical and business training is provided. You also choose how hands-on you want to be, whether that is installing boilers yourself, leading a team of engineers, or running the business from a more managerial and sales-focused position.

You will start with boiler installations, a service that is always in demand, then grow into servicing, maintenance plans, general plumbing and energy-efficient heating.
