Quality Assurance (QA)
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QA system – internally and externally.
Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits.
Manage quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and records.
Lead NCR and CAPA processes and track quality KPIs working with purchasing and customers alike.
Liaise with customers regarding complaints, inspections, and quality feedback work alongside after sales in this area.
Organise tool bool talks to ensure all production staff are informed of quality issues and changes.
Conformity of Production (CoP)
- Ensure products conform to technical and regulatory requirements.
Maintain inspection, and production traceability records.
Coordinate CoP Audits.
Interface with regulatory bodies and external support.
Health & Safety (H&S)
- Develop and review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
Investigate incidents and manage RIDDOR reporting (UK) or equivalent.
Organize and track safety training and toolbox talks.
Ensure proper use and availability of PPE.
Lead emergency drills and inspections.
