What You’ll Be Doing
No two days look the same — and that’s what makes this role special.
You’ll bring structure, encouragement, and fun to daily life. That might mean:
cooking together
getting outside for activities
trying crafts, music, or sports
helping with routines
offering emotional support
You’ll be part of a supportive team of six, with access to Managers, Multi‑Disciplinary professionals and Outdoor specialists who work closely together to give each child the best possible experience.

Experience working with children in any setting
A positive, resilient approach and a genuine passion for supporting young people
Willingness to work towards (or already holding) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s WorkforceReady to Start a Career That Matters?
