Who are we?
We are a technical consultancy providing training, recruitment, and coaching services focusing on agile frameworks and methodologies.

Although we work with all candidates from all backgrounds, we pride ourselves on working closely with our forces and service leavers, aiding them in their transition out of military life. Our MD Lee, served 14 years in the Royal Tank Regiment and spent most of his career in training and coaching positions, before leaving and working directly with technical agile delivery teams as an agile coach.

What do we do?
We work closely with companies to provide the best talent on a temporary, temp-to-perm, or straight-to-permanent basis at a fixed rate of 10% for permanent placements (temp placements are case by case). We are providing all our clients and candidates ongoing training and coaching support to enhance the experience of our services.

Our ex-forces programme
We work with service leavers across the UK who have a desire to work within technical product delivery across multiple skill sets. We work closely to provide all training required before placing service leavers on client sites to secure them employment and utilise all of the amazing transferrable skills they have acquired over their careers to date. Once placed, we continue to provide ongoing training as part of our agile community.
