After a successful Transition Day at Southampton Football Club with multiple job offers and great stories we are now looking towards the future for another transformative event tailored specially for service leavers, blue light leavers, ex-forces and spouses like you with over 60 exhibitors coming this October.
Throughout the day, we will have an exciting array of activities planned to equip you with the essential tools for a seamless transition into civilian life. Once the doors open, the event commences with engaging discussions on Transition and your change to meet the exhibitors in a quick fire 60 second round of intros.
We then kick off this empowering day by addressing the pivotal questions you may have in a dynamic Q&A session where you can question the businesses directly. Our industry guests and experts will provide valuable insights and guidance to help you navigate any uncertainties you may encounter during your transition.
As the morning progresses, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from FTG partner companies actively seeking to recruit talented service leavers like you with transferable skills . Prepare to be inspired as they pitch their organisations and outline the exciting career prospects they have to offer. Remember, these companies know the military mind are the perfect fit for transitioning successfully.
